For legal entities, it is necessary to attach the documents proving the legal existence of the company, as well as those containing the powers and faculties of the legal representative, as well as the official identification of the legal representative. e. Clear and precise description of the personal data, with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of your rights. f. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, as well as any other document required by the legislation in force at the time of submitting the request. The request will be solved in a term of 20 (twenty) working days following the date of reception of the request. Nevertheless, Espresso Matutino will have at any moment the right to extend the term before indicated by a single occasion by an equal period, as long as it is justified and the circumstances of the case thus merit it. The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition may be denied in the following cases: a. When the applicant is not the owner or the legal representative of the legal entity and/or does not prove the legal existence of its represented party or its powers and faculties are not sufficient to exercise the rights in question. b. When in the databases of Espresso Matutino the personal data of the applicant are not found. c. When the rights of a third party are injured. d. When there is legal impediment or resolution of a judicial or administrative authority. e. When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made in such a way that the request lacks subject matter. Of additional form, Espresso Matutino will not be obliged to cancel its personal data, when one of the following suppositions is involved: a. That it refers to the parties to a private, social or administrative contract and are necessary for its development and fulfillment. b. When they must be treated by law. c. When they hinder judicial or administrative proceedings related to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes or the updating of administrative sanctions. d.
